Refund policy

All sales are final.

We will give you very detailed care instructions for your plants and pumpkins. Please contact us via email at seasonalporchcompany@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery if you find any of the plants or pumpkins are damaged, and we will replace them. After that time, you are fully responsible for all watering and care of your planters and pumpkins.

We have a wonderful drop-in collection.  We will only drop off the liners, as it is up to you to install them and confirm that you have ordered the correct size to fit your current container. It is your responsibility to choose the correct drop-in size for you. There are no returns for liners that do not properly fit.
